There are a lot of cool library classes and special events going on today. Make sure to stop by with your little one and check them out.

50 Years of Star Gazing
If you haven't been to the Chesapeake Planetarium this is a great month to go! They are celebrating 50 years of serving kids, adults, and families in Hampton Roads. There will be shows and lots to look at and learn about the night sky. Head over to 310 Shea Drive in Chesapeake for the fun from 8AM-6PM today.


Bricks 4 Kidz Preschool Class
Preschoolers ages 3-5 are invited to play with a pile of DUPLO bricks today from 11:00-11:45 AM. This is a free event at the TCC/Joint-Use Library in Virginia Beach.


Toddler Trek
If you have a membership to the Virginia Aquarium in Virginia Beach, you will not want to miss the Toddler Trek from 11-11:30 AM. This is a 30-minute stroll through a nature trail where the toddlers can see new animals. Regular admission applies.


Bike Nights at Norfolk Botanical Garden
It's bike night again at Norfolk Botanical Garden. From 4-7PM tonight grab your bikes and your kids and head over to 6700 Azalea Gardens Road for Bike Night in the gardens. Regular Admission applies.


Discovery Days - The Human Body
The Meyera E. Oberndolf Central Library in Virginia Beach has a different theme each month for their Discovery Days Class. Grades K-3 are invited to learn more about the human body at this class. There will be books, crafts, and activities that the kids will get to do during this class. It is from 4-5 PM at 4100 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach.

Bedtime Stories
Bayside Area Library is having a Pajama Party for kids of all ages! Wear your pajamas and head over to 936 Independence Blvd. in Virginia Beach for story time from 6-6:45 PM.

Sing, Play, Move! 
Have an active 3-5 year old child? This is the opportunity for you. Princess Anne Area Library is hosting a "Sing, Play, Move" class from 6-6:30 PM. Princess Anne Area Library is located at 1444 Nimmo Pkwy. in Virginia Beach.

ADHD Support Group Meeting
This is a really cool opportunity for people who have ADHD or have children with ADHD. This is a small group class free to the public that will be meeting at Chesapeake Bay Academy (821 Baker Road in Virginia Beach) from 7-8:30 PM. The guest speaker will be Cheryl Poe and she will be discussing "504/IDEA: Parental Advocacy."

Symphony by the Sea
The Virginia Symphony Orchestra will be playing at the 31st Street stage on Virginia Beach from 7:30-9:00 PM. This is a free event and is a chance to have a nice, relaxing night with the whole family.
