Green Bean- Contemporary Child's Play
Head over to Green Bean tomorrow for Arts & Crafts at 11 AM to study "G is for Green Bean." There will be a fun Green Bean Salt Dough ornament craft! Get there a little early to make sure you get in on the fun. Green Bean is located at 1952 Laskin Rd., Ste 509 at Regency Hilltop Shopping Center. Regular admission applies.
Amazing Butterflies
The Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center a fun butterfly maze for kids to go through. In this maze, they will learn the stages a caterpillar goes through in order to turn into a butterfly. This is a hands-on life size maze that is open from 9AM - 5PM. Regular admission prices apply.
"Frankenstein: A Monstrous Parody" Storytime
Head over to Color Me Mine in Norfolk OR Virginia Beach for a fun Halloween storytime and painting. The cost is $25 per child and that covers story time, studio fee, hand print plate, a small spooky piece to paint and treats. Reservations are strongly suggested. This is from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. There are two locations to choose from:

Aladdin & Other Enchanting Tales: Education Series
The Sandler Center for the Performing Arts will be performing Aladdin. The show begins at 10:00 AM and noon and tickets are on sale now- just click here. This is located at 201 Market Street in Virginia Beach.
Music Mommy and Me Play Date/Meet Up

Toddler Trek at the Virginia Aquarium
At 11:00 AM, the Virginia Aquarium has a fun exploration session for kids. They will take a 30-minute stroll along a Nature Trail and discover new things and do fun activities. The Virginia Aquarium is located at 717 General Booth Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Regular admission is required.
Discovery Days - Animals of the Night
The Virginia Aquarium is having another fun event from 2 - 3:15 PM in the Discovery Room. Come learn which animals come out at night and what special adaptions they have. Admission is:

Garden Fresh Storytime and Craft
Celebrate fruits and vegetables with and fun, healthy story time. This will take place at the Meyera Oberndorf Central Library at 2PM. There will also be a fun craft.
Healthy Kids Club
For just $3, your child (ages 6-10) can enjoy a fun class where they can learn about making healthy food choices in a fun hands-on way. This will take place at the Whole Foods Market (1800 Laskin Rd. in Virginia Beach). This class begins at 4PM. Register by clicking here.
Sing, Play, Move!
Ages 3-5 can come for a fun, family time. Your child will sing, play, and move starting at 6 PM at the Windsor Woods Area Library (3612 South Plaza Trail in Virginia Beach).
